Hello,

Installed Metro Last Light Redux today and wanted to play it. FPS was good stable , used high settings then optimized ones (geforce experience) , had great performance , went trough 2nd or 3rd chapter and it just kept crashing.. Like sometimes it crashes instantly when the mission loads up ( not the menu) some times it lets me go trough a little bit more , but the fact is its crashing from 1 to 6 minutes of gameplay.

Using 340.52 drivers and a GTX 580 from gigabyte (WINDFORCE with 3 fans). Temperatures are normal and no weird activities shown by msi afterburner.

What i tried.

1.Reinstalling the game.

2.Rolling back to various of drivers people claimed that worked.

3.Overclocking it (read it somewhere)

4.Changing some Nvidia control pannel settings.

Nothing worked.. keeps crashing and crashing.

Any solution?

increase power limit, increase core voltage, put mem and core clock to default or slightly underclocked

If it's this exact point that the game keeps crashing it's likely an issue with the game and not your system. Are there any parts beforehand where there's a lot of activity on the screen and it runs fine? or is it just after 6 minutes of being anywhere at all?

Em msi afterburner doesnt allow me to increase/decrease nor the power limit nor the core voltage idk why.. gpu inspector allows for voltage change and shader change(witch theres basicaly none in afterburner) but not core voltage.. What to do then?
