I already have Kingston Beast 8gb(2x4) 2400mhz. Would it be alright if I mised that with Kingston Beast 2x4 2133mhz? and just use the 2133 XMP profile for the 2400?

If you have different ram speeds, all RAM will run at lowest frequency.

So if you have 2133 MHz RAM with your 2400 MHz RAM, both will only run at 2133 MHz

But, as long as you have enough space left for modules, and the max capacity allowed from your motherboard isn't lower, then it should work fine.

and what if the RAM has different timings? like 11-13-13-30 instead of 11-13-13-31

Then it will run at the lowest settings.
