Getting a fan splitter will work well.

If they are all PWM fans the swiftech splitter will suit your needs:

As for 3 pin fans NZXT grid should work well or the NZXT Grid+ which includes software for fan curves:

Alternately there are also ones you can get online such as FrozenCPU.

there is no diference having 1 fan per connector or two?

No they won't make a difference if your talking about the speed of the fan, but if you are directly connecting more than 3 fans into a 3 pin motherboard header that is not recommended since it can overload the fan header, most splitters will take RPM monitoring from it and use a molex or sata connector to power the fans.

There is also http://www.phanteks.com/PH-PWHUB.html which can run 3-pin fans off of one motherboard pwm header. With additional splitters it can handle up to 11 fans. Additional power is provided through a SATA connection.

80+ ratings certify electrical efficiency. Not quality.
