Do nothing and call up Dell. You have Premium Panel Guarantee, use it.

So my Dell UltraSharp U2312HM 23" has these patterns that are stuck on the screen and wont go away... Can someone tell me what this is and how to fix it? It shows if the the screen is black.

try light pressure on the screen when it's on
