Unless its a caselabs case or a 900D, then I would say yes. You'd be hard pressed in most cases to do a run longer than 50cm. Sorry about the pun, its just how it worked out.

I am planning to do my first WC build and i don't know how much tubing do i need. Ill have at least two rads and 1 block for the cpu and the gpu. Is 10 feet enough in my case??

10Ft sounds about just right. Most tubing runs will be less then 3/4 quarters of a foot long so you have ample lengths of tubing. What case are you using if you don't mind me asking.

I had a 900D with 2 480mm radiators + 2 GPU + Cpu block + reservoir + pump

I only used like 6-7 feet total, 10 feet is a LOT of tubing, small builds would most likely only need ~3-5 feet if all the runs are measured pre-cut.
