So every time i stress test my pc (using p95) it would shutoff by itself then restart. I already turned off my oc and loaded defaults, it would still turn off randomly during stress test. GPU is factory oced didnt touch anything since i got it. Im on a custom loop btw and temps isnt a problem. Could it be my power supply dying? Any thoughts before I contact corsair about this? HERE Are my specs i5-3570k @stock right now Asrock z77 Ext 4 Gtx 670 16 gb of kingston hyperx Black Samsung 850 evo 240gb seagate 1tb Corsair ax760 Custom loop for cooling (240 &360 rad)

I was always intrigued on how luke/linus would use the same drive for their test bench, they would always swap hardware and i believe they dont have the time to reinstall everything from scratch just to benchmark stuff. How can i make one of these? We all know that we cant just use the same drive for different boards because bsods would happen.

So I want to overclock my 3570k, but im having stability issues. PC specs: Asrock z77 Extreme4 16gb hyperx ram i5-3570k Custom WC loop Temp is not a problem for my system (60 under full load OC'ed). I can't seem to find the right setting for my target oc. If I am crashing during prime95 test, should I increase offset voltage or turbo boost voltage? I mainly followed this guide http://www.overclock.net/t/1198504/complete-overclocking-guide-sandy-bridge-ivy-bridge-asrock-edition. I have speedstep enabled and internal pll overvoltage to off. My cpu pll overvoltage is set to auto right now, not sure if that would make much of a difference. Edit: I forgot my offset voltage is set to +0.005v and my turbo boost voltage is set to +0.012v

Is it happening to you right now? what driver version do you have? -
First of all here are my pc specs: i5-3570k(Used to be on 4.4ghz stable before this problem, reverted it to stock) Galaxy Gtx 670 GC 2gb (Factory OC'ed) 16gb Kingston HyperX black Asrock Z77 extreme 4 500gb crucial m4/ 2tb seagate drive CPU/GPU on a custom loop Windows 8.1 The game that I'm talking about is Dota 2, this started when I upgraded my ssd from a 250gb crucial m4 to a 500gb crucial m4. I just cloned the drive from my 250gb to the 500 and just adjusted the partition size. Now when I was playing a game of dota 2, it would crash non stop and the pc would stop responding. Now I tried to fix that by doing a driver clean up and installed the latest nvidia driver, it worked for the rest of the day. Then the next day, same thing happened again so I thought this might be an ssd problem, moved the game from the ssd to the hdd, no luck still. I reinstalled windows, game would still crash. Driver clean up again and installed a previous driver version, same thing. Deleted the game and downloaded a new copy, problem still occurs. Now the last thing I haven't tried is going back to my old ssd, I am currently restoring the image of my ssd before all of this crap happened. I was thinking that maybe my gpu is dying. I'm really out of options right now.. Forgot to add: Both of the ssd were refurbs, however the 500gb was recently acquired from crucial directly. The 240 never had any problems( it was rmaed but on the drive it was tagged refurbished).

Hey idk if this the right sub forum but I have a question about led strips, are all of them rgb controllable? i have this white led strip from bitfenix and I looked online for rgb led strips and both of them has the same 4 pin design for the connector. Thanks! .
