Old video game I cannot remember!

Years ago, like 10 years ago I used to play this game on my aunts computer  and I am trying to remember the name or even just find photos of it so i can figure it out. So i thought I would come here and ask the community if they can help me find it!

 

It is a Computer game and for PC only. (I think)

 

There was a tutor or something that was a fox, coyote or something he was orange I know that and he was a animal like a fox.

 

You could drive a car and I think hot air balloons I know they were apart of the game but dont know there significance I think you could fly them

 

I think is was kind of a simulation game like there was no guns or anything.

I know this is short details but I have been trying to figure this out for years. Thanks everyone!
