Dual CPU's for Video Rendering

A topic came upon me after watching a Vlog of linus with an Xeon CPU. My question is, If you had a Motherboard with 2,3 or even 4 CPU's, will this be better than have 1 CPU?

15 cores each -> 30 with HyperThreading

60 cores total -> 120 with HT
