After 10 mins of gaming my pc crashes and shows a red screen. This happened when playing battlefield 3 and nfs rivals. I dont think that its the games fault. Is the red screen showing because of cpu ocing or gpu ocing? Strange because on kombustor/ heaven benchmark the gpu is under full load and works perfectly.

What should i look for? Criticals? The latest one was "kernel power", "The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly."

Maybe overheating?

Nope. Cpu not hitting 51*C, Gpu not going over 70*C.

Seems like something is wrong with your power delivery...

I need more info to fix your problem.

What games does it do this in? Just BF or other games too?

Stress test your CPU. See if it happens again.

You said your GPU is fine with kombustor, so that's not a problem.

Is your CPU overclocked? Have you tried putting it back to stock if it is?

I will try to putting stock clock. The cores on prime 95 arent failling. It happens with nfs rivals too.

Revert back to stock settings on  both the CPU/GPU and see if you still get it.

BF games are notoriously picky with GPU OC's.

Its not only BF now. NFS Rivals does that too.

Going to test.
