His psu's are 80 bucks.  The ones you are suggesting are 115 and 140.  He's asking to pick between the 2, not to give him unreasonable alternatives outside his budget.

Go with the nex750b.  I've got it, with the same 2 graphics cards, and it's flawless.

Doesn't need to be EVGA, I actually took a look at the CX and RM series, but found many bad reviews about them

Yeah, low end high wattage PSUs often get a lot of flack for failures.

LEPA Maxbron 800

XFX PRO750

Fractal Design Integra R2

Some alternatives, nothing special but will get the job done. Other than that i would really recommend over 750W for crossfire 280Xs especially with a 80+Bronze rated PSU. If you're calculating 300W per 280X (which is a lot, but realistic) you don't have much left for the rest of the system.

who cares...

What's your budget and where you are buying from?

The efficiency of the unit shouldn't affect whether it will power your system or not. All competent PSU will be rated at DC output, and as such, whatever it is rated for it will supply that regardless if it is Bronze or Platinum.

Max 100-120 dollars for the PSU, I'm from Mexico

Well, the EVGA Supernova 750w G2 is a significantly better PSU than the NEX750B/650G. I would even recommend the RM series over it. However, do you have a link to any shops you are able to buy from, so I know what's is available to you at what price range? Or are you are buying from Newegg.com?

Ah, so you have a budget of $120 USD / $1600 MXN?

Unless I'm overlooking something, there's seem to be very limited of options.

On the Orbital Store site, the RM750 is about  $15 / $200 over your budget, but I would recommend it over the units listed if you are able to buy it:

https://www.orbitalstore.mx/marcas/a-b-c/corsair-mexico/corsair-fuentes-de-poder-mexico/corsair-fuentes-de-poder-modular/fuente-de-poder-rm-series-rm750-750w-80-gold-corsair-cp-9020055-ww.html

The CX750M at Cyberpuerta: http://www.cyberpuerta.mx/Computo-Hardware/Componentes/Fuentes-de-Poder-para-PC-s/Corsair-CX-750M-Fuente-de-Poder-80-PLUS-Bronze-24-pin-ATX-750W.html

It's $1350 MXN, so it's in your budget range. It's not as good as the RM series and uses cost down components due to it being an "entry-level" series, but it is based on a solid mainstream platform and will perform better electrically than the EVGA NEX B/G

The Cooler Master V750S is also a good unit. It perform / build better than the RM series; however, the RM series is fully modular and more quiet (they are in the same price range: http://tiendamax.com/product.php?id_product=9538186

There's also this:

https://www.orbitalstore.mx/desktop-pc/fuente-de-poder/aerocool/fuente-de-poder-800w-80-plata-strike-x-aerocool-en53754.html

But I've never used their PSUs, any advice? In theory, the 80+ Silver means it's quite nice

It offer poor DC quality output, where the ripples on the +5v rail exceed ATX specification (it touch the limit of 50mV at 600w). It also failed to meet Silver efficiency. Here's the conclusion of the review on it: http://www.kitguru.net/components/power-supplies/zardon/aerocool-strike-x-800w-psu-review/7/

I would go for the CX750M over it. It's a better unit, as well as it is cheaper.

Well, thanks. I'll probably spend that extra 15 bucks and get the RM
