I need some fans for my cooler master haf xb.

I would like something quite that can push air through my case.

 

i need about 3/4 fans,

i don't want to spend more than $5 per fan.

That's a small budget for good fans. I mean there are Arctic F12 and Arctic F14 which are great fans for the money but they're not particularly silent. (not loud either but mediocre at best)

 

Edit: Scythe slip stream are okay. bequiet pure wings are excellent for the money. And of course Corsair fans are okay, but not cheap at all.

Yeah not silent unless you run them at 800rpm

Both of mine started giving incorrect rpm readings after 1 year of 24/7 use.

Replaced them asap with some Fractal Design fans, much better now

Way out of his price range, and there are much better fans cheaper.
