So I got a brand new Surface Pro 3 and I noticed one of pixels is stuck red.

I've tried to run a pixel fixer that flashes colors to unstick it, I've seen that you can try and massage it but it's behind a protective screen since it's a touch screen.

Not sure what to do. Perhaps I should try and seek a replacement?

I have OCD and what I imagine is pretty good vision so it drives me crazy since I notice it constantly.

The pixel is in the middle of the cursor in the picture.

I'm pretty sure you won't get a replacement just for one stuck pixel...but you can at least ask them.

Not the fastest I've used but still pretty fast. I would contact Microsoft and see if they can ship you a replacement.

Cranked it down to 3 milliseconds though at 60 Hz it should only be able to show a change every 16.6 MS.

I'll see what Microsoft says about this I guess, guess there isn't anything I can do.
