Things reviewers do that I've noticed

I didn't see any similar topics, but forgive me if there are.

I've seen plenty of review for various products, from all kinds of reviewers over the past couple of years. There are some things that I start to notice/pick up over time and it catches my attention every time. Not annoying/irritating, just something I've noticed.
 

Here are some things I've noticed reviewers say and or do:
- "as you can see"
- "I'm not sure if you can see, but..."
- "...and here are the ___ themselves"
- The reviewer will only talk about the features of a product

Maybe it's just their style, or just the way they talk. What do you guys think? Do you notice these things? Are you guys bothered by it? Or do you just don't care as long as the review has great substance.

Completing a review without saying at least one of those things is probably quite difficult though

yeah I was thinking if it should even be a post in the first place. you guys are probably right, probably is a silly topic.

As you can see, we have a post here about tech reviews and we'll be taking a look at my comments on that in just a moment.

 

I'm not sure if you can see but OP appears to be a hard case, anyway let's leave that behind us and move on to the next and final segment of the review.

 

OK, we've reached the final section of the review now, and here are the comments themselves.

"its better..." with no reference to how its better than X.

"its bigger.." with no reference to an actual measurement.

"its and independent review.. " of a free product sent to them to keep in hopes of <not> biasing the review. :huh: 

"post your questions below the video..." and there's never an answer.

"if you like this video subscribe..." but they vow to never do such video's again.

I roll with sigs off so I have no idea what you're advertising.
