I go here http://www.evga.com/precision/ click on download, and all I get is a "PrecisionX 15 Statement" download doesn't start and I don't see any more download buttons other than the previous versions... Posted August 20, 2014 They took it down due to a dispute with the developer of RivaTuner. Use MSI Afterburner, MSI have no dispute with the dev and everything is updated and works. I like Precision cause it has an FPS limit. That way I don't get 5423 fps on title screens and it cuts down a lot on coil whine... Or did Afterburner add an FPS limit? The one I have doesn't have it, but I do have a pretty old version... Yes, afterburner comes with/runs on RivaTuner stats server so you can open that (afterburner and rivatuner stats server will both be open in the systray) and use the limiter, here is mine.
