How much power do I need for my computer?

c0d0ps
Go to solution Solved by Archangel1994,

Minimum 500W I would say. Get 550W and you have more than enough headroom for OC'ing.

http://www.inet.se/kundvagn/visa/7056185/data-setup-ssd

Is 600w enough for this?

I might overclock my cpu and graphics card.

(I might've put this in wrong thread/place if a mod could change this to right place and pm me where it is I would appreciate it)

Edit: Forgot to mention that I will only be playing at 1080p. I wish to have my computer for ca 5 years before I get new one since this is pretty expensive for me as a 16 year old.

I don't know how to delete/change it. Therefor I asked if a mod could do it, that would be nice.

I have 600w currently in the shopping list. I wish to have my computer for ca 5 years since it's expensive for a 16 year old person.

So this is enough for overclock and long/er time use?

Are you Swedish?

Do you think I should shop there instead of Inet?

They seemed to have best prices and good/easy site.

Sure, np. Yes I live in Sweden.

Just make sure you buy only from good stores, like CDON, Webhalln, Inet, Netonnet and Net2World (and a few more).

The question mark was confusing. But it doesn't matter, confusion/mistakes easily happen over the internet.

Minimum 500W I would say. Get 550W and you have more than enough headroom for OC'ing.

Is 600w overkill then?

I wish to have my computer for ca 5 years before I get new one.
