Its The turbo feature on the cpu. And is normal :-)

Is it normal that my i5-4690 overclocked to 3.9 when doing something like surfing net is using like 1core: 3% 2core: 2% 3core: 1% and 4core: 70% ? when playing like Bf4 all cores are working in 60%-70%. Is there somethins wrong? or it should work like that?

 

specs: i5-4690 oc 3.9

760 gtx oc

8gb ram
