What pump to use?

Go to solution Solved by Shaqo_Wyn,

Alright, so I'm about to undertake a rather tedious project for myself here of watercooling my rig, and I really need to know what pumps are necessary.

Specs:

CPU: i5-4670k

MOBO: Sabertooth Z87

GPU: 2 GTX 660 ti's in SLI

RAM: 32GB G.Skill Ares 2400MHz

PSU: Aerocool 750W Semi-modular

Case: NZXT H440.

I'm going to have waterblocks on the CPU, motherboard, both GPU's and possibly the RAM.

My question is, with pumps being as expensive as they are, is it really necessary to go with something like a MCP-655, or can I get away with a smaller pump like a MCP35X? Since this is going in a rather small case, I'm going to have to get a pump top mod to mount the reservoir directly to the pump. Again, pump size is always something I have to think about in a case like this.

Any recommendations? Any help or tips would be great.

Also, this is my first post here, so please don't murder me if I've done something wrong here.

Alphacool D5 vario or Swiftech MCP655 PWM with an EK pump top/res combo. The H440 isn't what one would consider a small case.

Use a D5, doesn't really matter which manifacuter, but I'd recommend a PWM controlled one. I think EK water blocks makes one with PWM.
