Making the PC Burn (stress testing)

Hi all i'm currently testing a pc. I have a really uptight customer. he thinks his memory is faulty but i have run almost every test I can think to run. It's currently running Aida64 system stability test on everything apart from hdd.

 

 

I have also run windows memory diagnostic, memtest, asus realbench on a 4x loop, valley for over 1hr, all with no errors.

 

Im going to be running occt in a bit. but would like to know what you think I could try running next ??

 

oh the pc spec's are AMD FX8320 @ Stock being cooled my an Arctic A30 HSF, Gigabyte GA-970A-DS3P, 8GB 1600mhz memory, 2tb HDD, powercool R9 270x @ stock, EVGA 600w psu and corsair spec-03 case with stock fans.

What makes him/her think the memory is faulty?

It keeps crashing when he plays FlightsimX. he gets a spool error and it blue screens on him.
I think it might a corrupt or or bad driver from what i have googled. but he want me to test it through and show him screen shots

You said you ran all your tests for 1 hour? To do proper memory diagnostics, you need to run Memtest for WELL over 1 hour. I know some people disagree, and that "mostly stable" is good enough for them, but if this is a potential customer issue with bad ram, you need to be 100% sure to cover yourself, and to keep your business reputation high.

 

Proper memtest runs should be at least 8 hours, with the preferred number being 12+ hours.

Basically he found that some memory errors took a long time to show up, but they were in fact still defective modules.

I ran window mem Diagnostic on a 2 loop extended test which took about 5 or 6 hrs to run through. and ran memtest overnight so must or ran for around 16hrs plus.

All tests are run with case side panels on. with bios at stock setting and making sure memory it set to correct speed and timming, etc
