Win7 lock up

Hi I'm having a problem with my pc it locks up randomly. Screen freezes, audio gets stuck. So anyone can help me with this problem?

Cpu: i3-3250 3.5Ghz

Gpu: Asus gtx 760 OC

Ram: 8Gb corsair vengeance

Mb: Asus P8B75-V

Hdd: Wd black

Win 7

 

It locks up any time. When every thing is closed, playing games, doing other kind of things. Today it locked up 2 times, yesterday 1 time

Probably something is overheating sounds like GPU?

When it locks up does it completely lock up - as in you cant do anything until you have rebooted?

check the bios straight after it does this next time to check all the temps!

Okay there is nothing wrong thermally! 

Check your Event Viewer ( http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/open-event-viewer#1TC=windows-7 ) to see if anything looks a bit weird!
