1st build: 4790k, 16GB (8x2) 1866 Vegance Pro, Air 540, Corsair H100i, AX760, MSI Gaming 7. On the LED debug, it is showing a 25, then every now and then a 15. PLEASE HELP!

Read the damn motherboard manual to see what those numbers mean? Come back to us once you let us know what they are saying the issue is. We might be able to help then.

Consult your manual for the meaning of 25 and 15. Motherboard manual is your friend...don't neglect it.
