Whats the difference between these two 780ti's

PapaSimmz

One is factory overclocked, so one could assume that one has more efficient power delivery, but it's the K|ngp|n edition so it's going to have good power delivery no matter what.

the KINGPIN edition is much higher clocked and is better for overclocking in general.

Whether it's worth $70, that's up to you.

The first one is slower (200MHz lower core clock).

Get over what? 3 people in a row said the same mistake, I was only correcting it. That's what you're supposed to do. It doesn't help the OP to give bad info.

Yes but one is factory overclocked, so you're guaranteed that clock speed to be stable.

Technically, you didn't really correct anything. You didn't give the OP any info he wanted. Since I'm not an asshole, I'm going to stop here so I don't derail his/her thread any more than I have to.

The K|ngp|n edition is mainly branding, but it does come with higher quality components for overclocking, hence it being K|ngp|n (popular overclocker) edition.

Off the top of my head I couldn't tell you if you're getting the same small components in the regular Classy edition when compared to the K|ngp|n Classy edition, but you will definitely like either card.

The main question here, and I should have asked, should be: are you an overclocker enthusiast? If not, just get a regular 780ti from EVGA because you'll be overpaying for a GPU should you get a Classy or K|ngp|n edition card.

But to actually answer your question, more than likely the K|ngp|n edition one since it may have better overclocking headroom, but out of the box they will perform about the same.

I always thought the more expensive one was better binned then the less expensive one.
