Hey guys,

I've recently taken to using the intel stock cooler from my 2500k as a coaster.

What bits of old hardware have you re used for something they weren't intended? I know Logan from Teksyndicate uses an old GPU as a coaster as well. My dad uses an old hard drive..

I used to use an old membrane keyboard as a backscratcher. I've gotten rid of it a long time ago though.

That's awesome :P

I've been known to frisbee a 120mm fan across a room with a USB thumb drive taped on, for passing it across a huge room.

Apart from that...I have nothing lol

Maximums - Asus Z97-K /w i5 4690 Bclk @106.9Mhz * x39 = 4.17Ghz, 8GB of 2600Mhz DDR3,.. Gigabyte GTX970 G1-Gaming @ 1550Mhz

Just got mine out its box to use as a coaster on my desk find it slides less if you flip it upside down and groove on the bottom works to keep the mug in one place along with the 4 feet better. Pro Intel stock cooler tips.

I used my thinkpad T410 for that many times. It's more suited to that than being a laptop, anyway.

When i was little i used old hardware as formula 1 control things. It was a lot of fun to play with IDE cables, old mice, fans, coolers and drive a formula ar the same time

Stock coolers - The sound of bare minimum

I use an old aftermarket cooler as a support for my books. Yes really, the heatsink is ultra heavy and it great for keeping books up straight.

Is this the real life? Or is this just fantasy?
