PC Troubleshooting...

It could be one of the fans vibrating against the case, or if you have a mechanical hard drive, it could be that too and might be failing. It could also just be from your disc drive checking for discs at startup, which wouldn't be a big deal.

Try unplugging one of the fans at a time and checking if the sound gets softer. it may also be the PSU do you have a no name psu?

Tell me why it is making sounds...

 

A little pushy for not providing any useful information...

 

- Is the buzzing sound coming from any internal component or through audio (headphones/speakers)?

- try using different sound output if it's from the speakers.
