Note 2 problem after kitkat update

My sister's note 2 is having a lot of problems after she updated to Kitkat,is there anything she can do about it?

This won't revert a system update, though.  Once you have installed a system update, it's there for good unless you flash a different ROM.

did i say it was removing a system update ? apps can cause issues after updates that why i suggested that.

My dads sony expira had a bad update that ment it would crash every few seconds. a system reset did the job.

my bad.  But Android checks to make sure all apps are functioning correctly right after a system update.
