I'd go for the S4 mini, the S3 mini is rather old.

Hi guys i want to know wich one is better for me to buy: Samsung galaxy s4 mini or samsung galaxy s3 4g?

Its the regular s3 non mini

 

Op i would get the S4 mini i like smaller phones and should still be a pretty decent phone.

As a GS3 owner, try to skip Samsung and get an HTC One M8.

Every time our family contract changes, my father chooses an HTC over our Samsung phones, he figured out they were better before the rest of us did. :(

Every time our family contract changes, my father chooses an HTC over our Samsung phones, he figured out they were better before the rest of us did. :(

I cant, from the place im buying the s4 mini or the s3 would be 10 euros a month for 2 years with an entry of 60 euros and the m8 is not available

but the s3 has a quad core @ 1.4 and the s4 dual core @ 1.7 isnt the first a better option?

yes, get the s3. It has more futures then the s4 mini. It also has a bigger screen and better hardware.

Depends if you want a bigger screen or newer hardware in a smaller package. 

 

S4 mini is probably better as it'll be supported longer but S3 will probably be more reliable.
