out of that I think the Shadow Rock and Mugen 4 are probably the best, but I'm pretty sure everything you posted is better except for maybe the Alpenfohn, idk about that thing.

All of them except number 3 are better than the 212 EVO. They have bigger fin arrays, wich amounts to better ability to dissipate heat.

lol the Alpenföhn will be a good bit better than the 212 Evo guys, just as any of the listed coolers. Personally I would buy the be quiet!

All of them are better than the Hyper 212, man.

 

The Mugen 4 is probably the best one, but I prefer how the HR-02 and the Macho 120 look
