RATE THE PC SPECS ABOVE YOU :)

thetechdude

Oh damn, that's a pretty nice rig. I would love to see pictures. I'd give it a 8 or a 9.

Here are my PC Specs.

-CM Storm Scout

-i5 3570k 3.4 GHz. Not OC

-MSI Z77A G43

-8 GB Patriot Viper Memory

-Asus HD 7770 2GB

-Corsair TX550M

- Unfortunately, 160 GB Western Digital hard drive for my boot drive.

-500 GB Seagate Barracuda hard drive for storage.

-Microsoft Sidewinder x4 Keyboard

- And Intel stock cooler:/

What a shame. You missed my Hyper 212+ sale. Was selling it for $10.

I regret not getting asus's z77 mITX board, but it would have pushed my budget a bit too far... what kind of overclock can I expect with this board?

I could throw in an old RAGE 128 pro from ATI if I need to :P

note that the 7870 is running at 1250 mhz as opposed to stock, and at 75% fan runs at 60 degrees centigrade.

person above me is a 7/10. that HDD really brings it down. plus, I don't think you managed your budget correctly when planning your build. the 3570K is great, but TBH if you had gone with a 6300 or 4300 you could have gotten a 7950.

I got a 3570k so that I could upgrade my graphic card once the new generation of amd or nvidia cards is here and still not have a bottleneck by my CPU

Intel Core i7-3930K and a GT 430, that is a little odd

  • Intel Core2Duo
  • Integrated Graphics
  • 2GB RAM
  • Some Foxconn Motherboard
You get the drift...inherited this from my parents...

Building my first rig in a few weeks though, going for an FX-8320 and a 7950. :)

Why not an 8350 ;)
