RATE THE PC SPECS ABOVE YOU :)

thetechdude

didn't say it sucked or anything, just the rating :) I can fully understand why it is how it is. but a rating is a rating and as long as something "better" exists the rating gets lower :P

i can fully understand that, back in 2013 it was one of the high tier gaming pc's 2 years later it's only going lower and lower. the funy part is that my parts are going up in price by almost every month.

i rate your build a 8/10. mainly for putting up with amd's bs and actually put on a different gpu cooler on them.

maybe i should put my pc peripherals in there too.

He has specs on his profile. Anyways. I'll say 8.5/10

6.5/10. Unbalanced. But good other than that.

Mobo: Gigabyte Z97 Gaming 7

Case: Corsair Air 540

PSU: Corsair CX600

HDD: Seagate 2 TB

RAM: 4x 4GB Lenovo RAM (IDK the Model Number, took it out of a AIO Lenovo)

Peripherals:

Don't buy a GTX 980, it's overpriced! Buy 2 GTX 970s or 2 R9 290s intstead (the R9 290s would even be cheaper)

well you usually rate the one above you first, so others can rate you afterwards ^^ I'm unsure if 8/10 or 7/10.

The Kingstons SSDs are (imho) kinda crappy and it's an i5.. pretty fast though.. 290x isn't that high end anymore.. lets say 7.5/10 :D

sorry , eddited , yea i know altho i got some good v300s , no issues as of yet "knocks on wood" , been impressed with my i5 tho , when i make the jump to x99 ill be using this setup(minus the 290x) for some LN2 / DICE experimenting to see if i can make it past 5ghz , and the 290x is alright for what i do now , but im trying to get a 780ti rn lol or 980 , or titan x (ill have to rob a bank for that tho xD lmao)

6.5/10

You have a nice cpu and good storage capacity, but you are lacking a ssd, and you have a watercooler for a locked cpu. Your gpu is alright too. :)

Well I don't know what you're expecting but that's an easy 10/10 :D

One could argue that with this kind of hardware a SSD RAID and 32GB of RAM should be considered for 10/10 but I guess you simply won't need it (although speed never is enough ) ;)
