has "poll" in title but no poll? What are you trying to poll? If you are just asking a question there is really no poll.

But for me was with BioStar, I recieved a broken motherboard. I got on life chat and they sorted out the issue ASAP and I mailed it to them free of charged and received a full refund. Also when I had 2 EVGA titans, I had to return on due to it being DOA, they also took care of the issue asap and got me a new GPU within 5 days.

A poll is the process of recording an opinion which I am doing ( Googled poll to prove myself even thought I didn't notice) Lol

I've had a H220 die on me and I had to send it in to Swiftech to either get a repair or replacement, but I had to wait a week or so before replacement parts came in.  So once I shipped it, I had to wait another week for the repairs to be done.  I reinstalled it and it lasted a good 2 or 3 weeks and died again.  I was denied RMA because it was my fault that there was air trapped inside. Stuck on stock cooler until the Dark Rock Pro 3 goes on sale at NCIXUS.

I have this pair of Skullcandy 50/50s which I bought 16th of November 2013. It broke on 20th May this year which is already past the warranty period (only 6 months warranty for headsets). Went to the store where I bought it 2 days later. They keep saying that it no longer has warranty, but when I took a look at the screen, the warranty expiration was set to the same date as the date when I bought it. I was like WTF. I asked him how come the expiry is the same as the day I bought it. He then asked some questions to someone who has a higher position than him. The high position guy told him to set the date. BAM. I got my warranty back. The guys didn't realize it's already past warranty period. Got a new pair because they couldn't find where the copper was cut.

Another is a local branded tablet (which is just a Chinese tablet but rebranded). Rooted it, success. Played with it a little. Gets stuck on a bootloop. Sent it to customer service. Got a new one.

Logitech has had the the best warranty I've had the pleasure of using. They replaced my g5  twice. And replaced my g500 3 times the last being out of warranty. But I switched to Roccat cause I was tired of replacing mice all the time.

I've usually had good experience had a pair of 50/50s stop working well in 1 ear and they gave me code for new headphones all they said was send it heres your code have a nice day. It was easy but corsair took 3 days to get my first response from them, after that I got responses quickly. thats the only time I had bad RMA experience just recently with corsair otherwise great.

I've always had pretty positive experiences with them.  I had to return my monitor with newegg because of a few dead pixels strewn about and they payed for the shipping on both the return and the new monitor.  Also my phone completely died and within two weeks I had a new phone and free shipping on the dead unit.  So pretty positive experiences all around.

We don't really have RMAs in England, we can just return it directly to the retailer who is responsible for repairs/replacement in the first 12 months So it tends to always go smoothly, generally (though not always) you are entitled to a replacement for free within 21 days, so far I have never had to pay for shipping

12 Months??!?!? US retailer only cover for about 14 days and 30 if youre lucky.

Had to RMA a Club 3D 7970 which burned when I fired up the first game after building an entirely new computer, I got a new card and the shipping was free. I also had to RMA a EK waterblock after the plexi had started to crack, great service from EK and a new block was sent after a couple of days.

Yeah all electronics come with 1 years warranty and under the sales of goods act you technically have up to 6 years on certain products under certain conditions

We do pay almost double for our products though
