You are bottlenecking the 9590, that CPU is major overkill. You won't see CPU bottlenecking until you start going into SLI 290x/780 ti setups.

yeah that is bottle necking your cpu, in games, not like day to day stuff. but yeah for that FX cpu, get a nice R9 280x or a GTX 770

 

for me a GTX 650Ti Boost is perfect for my build

Their in box solution doesn't let it perform well, it thermal throttles like a boss. you at LEAST need a mid range AIO Water Cooling solution or a high end air cooling solution.

That's a real shame AMD. Come on, at least make your chip run cool enough not to throttle itself under the default cooler!
