What do you think of this build?

Cousin is buying the parts (I'm building). Need Opinions! I threw this together to keep in his price range. Keep in mind, the reason why it's so much for a first build is because he will need a few peripherals. Originally ~$730 USD.

What do you think? To me, looks nice, but you all my see somethings differently that I didn't see. So tell me, what can I change, but keep it in this $980 budget, but make it better for him?

After using an IPS panel, I can't recommend TN to anyone. Try an IPS monitor.
