what gpu should i purchase?

hi! iv'e been gaming with a radeon 6850 at 1080p and the performance im getting from recent games isnt really what i appreciate, but i dont really know what gpu at the moment should i buy, i plan on staying on 1080p, but i would also like to play the games that will come out between this year and next at at least 60 solid fps (i dont mind to turn off the AA or something)

my budget is up to 400 euros, im so confused on what to purchase at this point!

arent you in the eu? doesnt that mean no import taxes? you pay the countries tax lets say frances and thats it
