IMO, U14S hands down. That thing whoops the H100.

Good cooler, but it is out of my budget for the cpu cooler, $80 max

Take a look at the NZXT HAVIK it is a good cooler competes with noctu and loses to a 100i but 1 degree. Its also only $60 and looks sexy , not dark rock sexy but still nice.

U14S. But it doesn't whoop the H100i, it's slightly below it performance wise being a single heatsink air cooler and all. The NH-D15 whoops the H100i.

Noctua U14S if you don't mind the fan colour  :)

Also that GTX 760 4GB gpu is pretty pointless. The MSI GTX 770 is the same price.

I would go for a 280X though and save a bit more money.

If you consider the noise it makes and it's performance, it whoops the h100i though

I know that the r9 280x is the best price/performance gpu for 1080p.

I am planing to buy ASUS' ROG Swift 2560*1440 monitor, so an NVIDIA gpu would be better for me so I can take the advantage of G-SYNC

You won't be maxing out that resolution with a gtx 760 though.

Yeah i know, I want something like a gtx 780/780ti

Yes a 780 or 780 ti would be a better choice. If you swap the Seasonic psu for the one below, you will have enough power for SLI.

Fully modular with a 10 year warranty.
