Is it worth it to wait for new macbook

Kouroshb26

Macbook still has less RAM and an i5. It's shit for that price range.

The toshiba can also get an SSD upgrade because it's still $400 less than the mb.

There is more to a laptop than its pure speed and performance. Obviously this is going over your head. You're the kind of person that would laugh at the iPhone 5S having a 1.4ghz Dual Core processor and then ignore speed tests showing it beats most Android phones.

The Macbook is lighter, its battery life dwarfs that of these other laptops you're posting, has an unmatched trackpad, and is extremely thin.

Also I noticed the link you posted earlier of the Macbook Pro. That's way more expensive than it should be.

Look here instead. $400 less than the one you posted.

I hate the iPhone for a ton of reasons. But let's not get into that.

How would you know if it has an unmatched trackpad? Have you tried every other laptop? Who cares if it's 1/2 a cm thinner.

If you really want a Mac there is no reason to wait, this year's hardware refresh will be marginally faster. The yoga is still good but consider this Dell as well

Sorry man i don't live in the United states. But are you sure the refresh this year won't be worth it. Because they might drop the prices too as they did with almost everything . But yeah i get you thanks for the help.

I actually don't mind either and touchscreen is not a big deal to me. I think i am just gonna go with the yoga core i5 4200u with like 8gbs of ram and 256gb solid state fore like 1200 dollars ish. But do you think the new refresh of retina is coming soon.

Is that the regular yoga? The pro is like $100 cheaper(for same specs in the us) and has better build quality and more ports, but sadly less battery life

just for comparison
