Depends on the situation but the AF120 fans look nice no matter what.

I wouldn't ever go for leds on the fan. I would go for an led strip, you cant really get rid of leds on the fan if you dislike them.

The fans you listed at first are not quiet.

The Silverstone Air Penetrators led (SST-AP121-BL model) are quite good. There are other Blue Led models from Silverstone, but overall I prefer the AP series.

But I recommend you the Enermax T.B Vegas blue (UCTVS12P-BL) those look good, and perform really well, there a couple build logs in progress on this forums that use them. One of the Build Logs I like a lot and has them is Fuzzy Logic  I  mean, come on look at this! Besides performing well and being quiet, with fan control options built into them, the look amazing.

I got all the corsair fans and they're really quiet. So get the quiet edition and you will be happy

I have the red ones too, great fans. Recommended. The Bitfenix ones, or Enermax TB Vegas are good too.
