How to find MB BIOS, VGA Driver, and VBIOS?

I'm a PC noob. I'm trying to get support from Sapphire right now, and I've already entered everything, except for these three. MB BIOS, VGA Driver, and VBIOS. I have no idea what those are, and don't have a clue on how to find them. Does anyone know who could help me?

It also shows examples for each one, so it might help I guess.

MB BIOS: Example: HA08S10
VGA Driver: Example: Catalyst V10.7
VBIOS: Example: 012.020.000.029

Do use Piriform's Speccy ~ it will list all the BIOS and driver versions.

VGA is your GPU driver. You get that from AMDs site in your case. For BIOS I recommend against updating since you are noob. Failed driver install only corrups that driver, failed BIOS update can break whole mobo.
