Here's the thing,

I wanna start to use watercooling for my CPU (240mm - closed loop) and im wondering if running it with Push/Pull with different fans will affect the performances.

In that particular case i want to use    2x  sp120 in Pull   AND   2x  Cougar Green LED fans  (or any green LED fans)

Will it affect the performance?

I guess it will be better to use 4x sp120 since they have more pressure, but I still want some LED

Give me your opinion please.

(and if you know pressure optimised green LED fans, tell me!!)

p.s. sorry if my english is not the best

doubling the # of fans doesn't have that much of an effect on performance on a thin low restriction radiator. I used to run quad cougars on my H100 but now I run with just two SP120s that are off most of the time and my temps saw no significant change.

Yep, as both AlwaysFSX and Pjirusslow said. You would probably get a 3'C different at most.

Push pull itself doesn't have any better performance than push or pull..

It does. Have you not watched linus' video on it?

It is only a couple degrees though, so its fine to use different fans.

I did. But seeing 1-2 degrees in colder temps doesn't appeal to me that someone should spend $20 or $30 on two more fans. Plus all that dust. Fun.

That doesn't mean that push/pull isn't better than push or pull...like you said in your first comment.

Because it is. It just depends on if it is worth it for you personally.
