Unacceptable for an Enthusiast.

I find it unacceptable that NCIX won't let me pick the batch ID for my i7 3770k, I'm not gonna spend 1,000$ on water-cooling hardware to get a batch that won't give me what I want.

I will have to find another retailer, even though I really enjoyed my shopping experience at NCIX.com

NCIX does a very good job with the community, but I think it should be even more enthusiast friendly.

I'm I the only one who actually choose their batch? If I'm not alone, let me know! This is not a complaint directed to NCIX, just looking for opinions!

i was never able to choose anything like that, no matter what store..

There are some guys on ebay that will sell u a chip that will reach x stable clock guaranteed, but hey its ebay, take it with a grain of salt.

PS: NCIX has forums aswell, complain there maybe u get lucky :p

I know NCIX has a forum, I asked them if I could pick the batch ID.

As I said, this was not a complaint directed to NCIX, I was just surprised that I couldn't at least request a Costa Rica chip, it's written on the sticker on the box. I was just wondering if I was the only one who actually bother with batch IDs

I had a local retailer that would let me choose my chip.
