Matx mobo for a 4770

ok so i plan to get a new mobo because this dell mobo i have right now is not that good, no its a piece of shit.

 

so i have a few things i need;

4 usb 3.0 slots or more

crossfire

the second crossfire slot must be in the 3 pcie slot

matx

compadible with the 4770 and 4 ram dims i have

optical audio out

1 ssd mount and 1 hdd mount

 

 

now the most i really want to spend is 125$ and i will be purchasing in the fall

 

i plan to put this in the upcoming air 240 with a windforce 280x

Correct me if I'm wrong, you want 3 PCIe x16 slots to CF the first and third one?

Those motherboards will cost a lot more if you can find them. I can only find mainboards with 2x PCIe x16.

no i only need the second crossfire slot in the the 3rd slot because the air 240 will only have 4 slots in the back

i dont plan to upgrade my cpu for atleast 4 years, at which point i will get a new rig reusing parts, likely not the cpu, ram or mobo so upgrades are not a concern, and as far as i know z97 is not officially supported by the 4770

old chips will work just fine on the new boards, it is not so much the case the other way around though.

The i7 4770 is supported on the Z97 and H97 motherboards. Both chipset have backwards compatibility with the Haswell 1150 CPUs. It doesn't says it on the box and specs because the Z97 and H97 didn't exist back then.

If you don't plan upgrading at all the MSI Z87M Gaming is a fine choice.
