Copy is a new cloud storage service by Barracude Networks, a company networking hardware. Available on the web at Copy.com and on Windows, Mac OS X, Linux, Android, and iOS vis-a-vis programs and apps, Copy is trying to make inroads into the cloud storage market by offering lucrative free storage to users. Every new user of Copy receives 5 GB of free storage. Anyone that is willing to tweet about Copy.com gets another 2 GB. And if you refer someone to Copy (i.e. someone signs up for Copy via your referral link), you get an extra 5 GB and the person signing up gets an extra 5 GB (meaning the other person starts with 10 GB instead of 5 GB). To beguin with you get 15gb of free space, if you use the link below you will recieve 5gb extra making it 20gb :)

Much more free space than the other platforms. Also it works similarly to Dropbox there for it is easy to use and adapt to if you have used dropbox before.

Does it have a automatic upload program like Dropbox? Because that's the only reason I use Dropbox. I also never run out of space already with Dropbox especially with my free 23 gbs With may HTC phone.

@NannerBeans if you mean if the files that you put in the 'copy' folder will automaticaly sync with the website then yes. I personally fond that the syncing speed is exactly the same as dropbox but then again my internet is quite slow so :) If you mean if the files sync across the platforms then I would assume so since it auto syncs the files the the site.

I find the Google Drive integration with Google+, Photos, etc. to be more useful than another few GB that I won't use.

How fast is it? Skydrive is really slow and Google Drive is quite a bit faster, it's an important metric.

Fair point. But I would assume that they will be adding more features on the way, most likely not a social media intergration but I can see them implement some of the things that other platforms use and some of their own.

Like I mentioned my internet is very slow so I don't think my observations will be of any use (I only have 2mb internet due to the limit in my location)

I have :) I also use it once in a while for selected things but I'm not very convinced by the web based interface without the software that others use. All in all definitely best web based one especially since there is no download/upload speed cap. Just prefer to have a folder where I just put all of my files in and don't have to worry about it. Also from referrals I nearly have exceeded 50gb for free so that's a plus, even though majority of people won't even use half of that space.

It has the same amount as Google Drive (they give 5GB until now, but I believe they should start giving 15GB free soon).

Yeah but if you get referrals then that space can boost up. I already have 47gb.

Yeah, changing from a cloud service to another is hard, especially if everybody else use the other one

What is the interface like? I've tried others like box but dropbox is just a folder on my computers and doesn't even feel like I'm USING something. Having to go somewhere and actually upload files in a web browser was annoying. I don't care about sharing with other people, I just want to have a file I save at home be on my PC at work without having to think about it.

Then it might be good for you, the web interface looks good, but I don't know for the program itself
