LTT Front Page BETA, So,......

So....we like it, we all want it, SO, Bring out of the BETA Status and make it permanent, Official, what do you think guys? because i see it's Ready, or do you think it needs more work ?

It's been like a week. There's more to it than just design there's still probably bugs that need working out.

Beta means it's not finished, not that they're waiting for our approval. It's not so simple that they can just take it out of beta.

It's been like a week. There's more to it than just design there's still probably bugs that need working out.

It's been up for a couple of months...

 

IMO, it's really cluttered and disorganized, and I kind of wish that the theme you have on the forums would carry over to it (minor complaint, but it's still a complaint).

It still needs some work. I'll wait until they feel it is finished. Wouldn't want them pushing through an unfinished project.

It isn't ready until there's a Night Theme version of it and it syncs with the Forum.

I love the look of it and everything, but it's still pretty broken (i.e. clicking one of the sliders opens up a blank page with nothing on it for me)

Me: Yeah I just really can't get my H220 working again, I've tried everything that was suggested in the forum.

Or the Other way around, i mean, the theme on it awesome, but would be better Grey or Black as a whole

There are still several bugs that need to be addressed and I never pushed an unfinished project out until it is 111% finished and tested.

Might be some underlying stuff that needs doing. Maybe changing a few things to make it easier to load and such. They're probably still thinking of ways to improve the design too. 

 

Either way, I think I'll be keeping the forum as my default page, I don't think the other home page will benefit me much (:

I've seen Linus and Slick talk about it on the WAN show, I've visited it once, have no intention of doing so again. Not that it's bad, but I'm here for the forum, not some front page with hand picked news by someone else.

I've been using the bookmark for months. I would know, since every time I go to LTT, it goes to the beta homepage. So I guess you could say I've been using the closed beta for a couple of months.
