Corsair H80i static noise

Hey!

I got a static noise with my Corsair H80i, its doing good work with my Noctua fans, cooling my A10-5800k @ 4,30Ghz

Its hard to explain how or what makes the sound, i took it out and used a seperate power supply without fan to make sure the noise came from the cooler (pump i think)

Uploaded a video to youtube for the sound, not the best quality, but maybe someone hears it and knows a little closer what causes the problem.

Im not having any issues except the static noise it makes wich i can hear from 1m away. Im a quiet freak, it needz more shhhh! :D

Video clip for the static sound.

Any ideas for what i can do next?

Sounds like either coil whine or pump whine. Can you hear it when you're using the PC, or just when you get up really close? It's normally not an issue, but Corsair might RMA it if you ask.

I have a AX860 with coil whine, but I've had no problems with it at all so I haven't bothered to return it.

This is why I would recommend decent air coolers over AIO watercoolers, especially small ones. More reliable and quieter.

I can hear the sound in the backround when i play music on my speakers.

I wanted to go with Noctua NH-D14, but its to big, even tho its amazing.

The noise is there all the time when the computer is on, dissapears for few sec here and there.

Guess ill ask Corsair for RMA, even tho its a pain  :P

I get my i7 4770k in 2 days, was hoping for a quick fix for the noise by then, but i guess i will have to go stock cooler for a few weeks.

Thanks for reply ^^
