yes, but once your in the setup screen you can put it back onto wifi

I know how to reset it but once I reset it will it just conect back to 4g or not?

 

Edit: I have verizon.

You put your life on this? I remember when I got the phone (Basically a factory reset) The lady said we had to wait. Really dont know anything about phones cause PC is life.

No im 15 and paying 40 dollars a month and 100 for a phone is a lot. Father made me pay 480 (One year) up front too so ya...

if you reset your phone? it will put it back to like it was when you first bought it, it will automatically connect to verizon as long as you have your sim in, and all the verizon apps will be back. you wont need to reactivate or anything :)
