I haven't bought it, It's worth the price if you really want 4k ultra and have a lot of money to spend. Dual r9 290x's would be a bit cheaper, but then you have to deal with all the issues of running two very hot cards in your case and bare in mind the 295x2 has liquid cooling in the reference design, which comes at a price. Overall I think it makes sense, but i wouldn't buy it. I'm content with 4k at medium-high with my 290.

Don't ask to ask, just ask... please聽馃え

It is pretty cool (literally) and only costs 200 - 300 $ more than 2 x 290Xs.

For those 300$ more, you get:

A dual slot GPU (good for mini itx builds)

Water cooling

More bragging rights

cooler looking card (aluminium shroud, etc.

Less noise

It depends on the case you have. If you can fit them, two 290X's or two 780 Ti's(if you're only gaming at 1440p) would be better for your money.

TBH I was thinking about it for my next rig when the X99 comes out (will be in September) but since I OC all my hardware I am not sure of this would be a good thing for me.

I haven麓t heared too much about OC potential and the AIO watercooling is a big downside for me since I am not able to get a custom watercooler, because I don麓t like AIO that much for my highend rig.

And a Titan Z is off the chart, first of all same issue as above... and just because I could afford it... the price does still not justifiy this joke of a card, two Titan Blacks and you have a savement of 1000 USD...

Are you planning on buying one?

1. No, I will nto buy one. I was planning to this summer but some really bad things happened and I can only do a system upgrade.
2.I saw the titan z being mentioned here. That card is waaaaaaaaaay out of the picture because you have to be retarded to buy one of those.
3. The psu is the same requirement as with 2 290x, nothing special
and 4. I dont think it is that worth it,because you can get 2 290s or 2 290x and watercool them and save a hella lot cash. Also, I would only buy one if I was going for something like 4k eyefinity or like 6+ 1080p monitors, because 4GB wont cut it,especially in gaming. but then again, I would need to quadfire it
