SSD caddy on new laptop won't come out.

I recently ordered a new BTO laptop, it's all working fine.

Except for the SSD caddy, I unscrewed the screws and pulled it out, but all I got was the plastic cover, the SSD caddy is still stuck in there and I don't know how to get it out.

Any ideas?

Welp I've never worked with any of those. Can't help you here mate x.x 

 

If it was a Dell, HP or some other generic brand I might be able to walk you through dissembly and help you get that caddy unstuck.

That? A SSD Caddy? Thats a dvd/cdrom port. 

You slide a cd drive into that, nothing is suppose to come out besides the plastic cover. 

 

Psst take closer pictures for better clarity.

looking at the pictures, there's no button to make it eject in order to place a disc.

I did specifically order an SSD caddy instead of a DVD reader thingy.

I'm pretty sure it's an SSD caddy, and even if it isn't, I can't get it out

Oh DANG Thats what you mean.... There isn't a button to eject it because it should normally just slide in and slide out when you don't have the screw put in to hold it down. Either that or there should be a little plastic strip to pull on to get it out.
