Can you recommend a quiet and high static pressure 120mm fan?

Im not sure, if Im writing in the right forum, because these fans would be fit on a 360mm radiator, but now we are talking literally about the aircooling part  B) .

So on the first place they have to be quiet, because the computer is in my bedroom, and I cant tolerate a jetflow - even if its on the other side of my room.

Price range? Its hard question because I need totally 6 of theese fans on 2 pieces of 360mm rad, so I cant spend more than 60-80€ for them all...

IMPORTANT - I have a fan controller (bitfenix recon) <Link> with 5 fan headers, each 10w max. (I surely have to buy Y fan cables also...)

For now I liked the Corsair High Perf. series, because they look powerful, and at night I can switch them to a slower RPM. Many others recommended me Gentle Typhoon fans, they also looks great on the benchmarks, and finally I have found thoose Noiseblocker black silent pros, which were recommended me on this site.

So I need 6 fans totally, around 60-80€ max...

A bit of contemplation: At night the computer will be rendering on FX 8320 CPU (overclocked) which has 125W+overclock so around 150W of heat, and the graphics cards wont work on anything, so the only heat source is the CPU. I think it wont be any problem to cool down that with 6 fans on lower RPM? And at day, when im playing, fans can go bit louder, because I wont hear them while Im playing lets say BF3-4  ^_^

no, their static pressure is only decent at high RPM where they are very loud.

Of the 3 gentle typhoons are the best hands down, but they are very expensive. Get the noiseblocker blacksilent pros as they are relatively cheap and are just as quiet as noctua's. don't get the corsairs, they are crap and especially if you care about noise.

Spectre Pros would probably work. They're what I'm using and are pretty quiet on a low fan setting, but I'm not using water cooling so I don't know for sure.
