That is weird but you could run HD Tune and scan the disk, might be worth a shot

i even tried intel ssd toolbox and the drive shows fine

 

Well if it is running fine and everything is showing that the drive is healthy then I wouldn't worry about it though for piece of mind back it up and keep an eye on it.
