They should focus more on the CPU side atm.

I totally agree. Intel right now is best for gamers with their i5 but should AMD come with a new one (28nm or smaller) then I could get a new one. I would like an 8 core with 4GHz running at 120W.

This is precisely what Nvidia did with the 780Ti; they released a fully unlocked variant months later once they had competition from AMD. I hope this makes the gap almost non-existent between the two cards.

At least AMD can stay competitive in the enthusiast GPU market. Can't say the same for their enthusiast processors but, oh well.
