My suggestions is that you look at the features and decide based on what you need.

As for which one "Performs" better i cant say, nor do i really understand the questions. Its just a motherboard afterall not a gpu or cpu.

I'm getting the 1155 socket motherboard.

Inside these two, which one performs better ?

ASUS H61M-C or Gigabyte H61M-S2P E3 ?

Appreciate your respond :)

Both are good but i mainly see that gigabyte is the Price/preformence manufacturer

I'm on a budget, 4th generation processor will overpriced my budget build, atcually is no from me, not you.

Well you could always go AMD:D

Have you heard about newest Intel Pentium G3258? Cheap CPU. OCable. Find a cheap Z97 board to it. Usually by gigabyte. BAM you gotta awsome PC.
