Hi All.

Greetings from Ireland.

Please advise me that the components of which I build my PC are optimal?
All the comments about changing the motherboard, CPU, RAM, graphics power supply, Cases - please feel free to comment.

We can change everything if need
, may be some conflict of components which I do not know

PC for:
Some game
Developing software,
OS virtualization

And for a year or two if some component technology will go forward to easily change 1or2 part and be able to use other
.

For me the best order everything on this page http://www.komplett.ie/ - prices in euros and there are no additional fees for post in Ireland

If you aren't going to be overclocking, you don't need to buy such an expensive motherboard.  Also, what kind of work will you be doing?  Is it more CPU dependent or GPU dependent?  Regardless, we need to step you up to a better GPU for that budget.

Motherboard:  Asus H97 - 90E

Processor: i7 4790 - 270E <-- Might need to change this later depending on this kind of work you do.  If your work isnt CPU heavy, then we need to bump you down to an i5. or even AMD depending on the games you play.

RAM:  Kingston Hyper X Fury - 149E <-- Depending on the type of work you do, might only need 8.  Also, you could save money by starting with 8GB, and upgrading to 16GB later on, giving you more money for GPU, which is more important.

GPU:  At the very minimum, you should be getting an R9 270 - 160E.  It is a lot better than a 750Ti.  For ideal 1080p performance, you want at least a 280(~200E), but 280X or GTX 770 - 290 would be much better.  (Could not find a 280/280X on that website.)

Power Supply:  Corsair CX500M - 57E <-- This is the lowest I would go in terms of a quality PSU.  It is a good budget PSU, and should last you a couple years until you can afford something better.  The SeasonicM12 Bronze EVO is 67E and is a better quality PSU, and comes with a 5 year warranty compared to 3 year warranty of the Corsair.  That alone is worth the extra 10E.  Get the Seasonic PSU if possible.

Case: Case doesn't impact performance, and because you are on a budget, I recommend going with a less expensive case.  Going with a less expensive case will give you more money to spend on components that impact performance.

I will list some case options priced low to high:

Cooler Master K280 - 39E

Cooler Master Force 500 - 39E

Cooler Master K380 - 49E

Zalman Z11 - 62E

Case:   50

PSU:    67

MB:      90

CPU:    270

GPU:    290

RAM:    149

       +   ---------

            916E

This is above budget, but the strength of this computer is superior to the one you selected by a lot.  This is just a rough draft because I don't know enough about the work you do, but I think this is a good starting point and we can refine the end product as we get more information.  Also, if you are able to open up your search to different E-retailers, this should help us get a better computer at a better price.

One thing you never want to be cheap is PSU. Not in system that aims for higher performance. Another thing is the case vs mobo. Why would you want to use mATX mobo on ATX case? I can understand if its because of looks but otherwise I would go for easier build process instead. Even furthermore 500GB is basicly nothing. You should think getting storage drive with thst SSHD which you can use as OS/software drive.
